Question: What do you need to forgive about yourself?
Les Brown said, “Forgive yourself for your faults and your mistakes and move on.”
Isn’t it easier said than done? We could have a hard time forgiving others, but sometimes, it’s actually harder to cut ourselves some slack.
A lot of things can go wrong in our lives, and we take the blame for some of it. It’s alright to own up to our actions and decisions. When we make a mistake, we should acknowledge it and learn from it. However, we do not need to beat ourselves up over and over again for those mistakes.
Don’t let your past define you.
Accept yourself, forgive yourself, and let go.
